Holistic Ukulele sessions focus on the relationship between mindfulness and the ukulele. We reach this by incorporating elements of meditation, breathwork, and easy to follow ukulele rhythms.

If you are looking for a way to ease into your creativity these sessions will help get you into your flow.

Collective Napping Experience

This is the signature program for The Nap Ministry. The Collective Napping Experience is an intentional, sacred and curated community experience that creates a space for radical rest.  We will harness the liberating power of rest via a healing soundtrack, nap altar, napping, and a testimony service to share our thoughts on rest as a form of resistance.  The experience is facilitated by The Nap Bishop, Tricia Hersey, who guides our exhausted souls to rest via poetic meditations, pillows, blankets, and yoga mats. Come resist. Come rest.

Breathwork Workshop - Meg Williams from Modalities that Heal

A 2-hour workshop to :

  • Create a sense of emotional well being in the body

  • Release stored tension

  • Improve your capacity to breathe deep

  • Provide tools for everyday life


Participants will be guided through a 50-minute deep breathing session. Details will be provided to ensure participants are informed and comfortable. All levels of experience welcome. The workshop is not difficult. The impact can be profound.
